RoboCopy permission from windows to NetApp

I was asking about copy permissions from windows sever to NetApp in some communities and this was my question :
"I copy folders and files from Windows Server 2016 to Netapp share
I use Robocopy command with copy all, (I use this command always and all the time it copies the permission without any problem) all the folders and files are copied without a problem
but looks like the permissions are not copied completely
I tried to put the permission manually, but when I go to the security tab in the folder on the NetApp, it doesn't give me any error but when I close and open again the folder properties, there are no changes at the permissions
what can be the problem? or any other solutions instead of Robocopy "
The community members tried to help me but no effective solution, I found Gs Richcopy 360 from the search supporting doing this task, can you?
