GSRichCopy360Service Failed to start/stop

Running Windows 2022 std server. I had RichCopy360 enterprise working. It has recently stopped working I get the message "GSRichCopy360Service Failed to start/stop. Cannot start service GSRichCopy360Service on computer." Any ideas on how to fix this so it works in the background as a service?
